Dr. Douglas Simister is a Las Vegas native who graduated from Bonanza High School. He completed dental training at Creighton University in Nebraska and received his certificate in orthodontics from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Dr. Simister and his wife, Michelle, are the parents of four children: Aubrey, Andrew, Michael and Elise. His oldest daughter has made him a grandfather to his granddaughter and twin grandsons! Dr. Simister is a member of the Clark County Dental Society, the Nevada Dental Association, the American Dental Association, the Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontics and the American Association of Orthodontists.Mark A. Dr. Mark Whiting is a second-generation Las Vegas native and graduate of Bonanza High School. He completed his dental school training locally at the UNLV School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Whiting continued his education to become an orthodontist and graduated from UNLV’s Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics Residency. While in school, Dr. Whiting received multiple honors, such as election into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society and the E. Steven Smith Student Honorary Dental Society. Dr. Whiting is married to Dr. Lindsay Row, a specialist in pediatric dentistry. They are proud parents to Austin and Ivy. Both enjoy giving back in the Las Vegas community, skiing, hiking, playing with their two dogs and, of course, Las Vegas sports. Go Knights Go!
